I reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
I do not require full payment until you have seen what the final result will look like, with that being said, I have a very small refund policy. I take pride in my work and do everything as honest as possible. If you feel I have done you wrong we will discuss a refund. Rarely will I give a full refund unless I personally cancel your order or I have not started and you paid early.

Partial refunds will be given in the following cases.
1. I can't finish your order (full refund)
2. You get your order and something is terribly wrong with your order that can't be fixed. (i will attempt to fix it and if I can fix it a refund will not be given I do try to test everything first so this is a rare occasion)
3. You cancel your order. (full refund if I havn't started work, partial if I have started).

Please do note that these orders take alot of time. My prices arn't just for the finished product I'm taking my time out of my day that I could spend on other sites to help you. Partial refunds make sure that I get at least a little bit of money for my time I spent working on this design for you.
